Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of Football Live at footballlives.co.uk. By accessing the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

1. About Football Live

Football Live is an independent football information website that publishes guides and articles about scores, results, fixtures, football news and competitions. Contact us at pulsedigitalltd890@gmail.com with questions about these terms.

2. Using the Website

You may browse and use the website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the website in a way that breaches applicable law or infringes another person’s rights;
  • attempt to disrupt, damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting environment or connected systems;
  • introduce malicious code, automated attacks or harmful material;
  • misrepresent your identity or send deceptive, abusive or unlawful communications; or
  • copy, republish, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit substantial website content without permission, unless permitted by law.

3. Information Is Not Guaranteed to Be Current

Football information can change quickly. Although we aim to make our content helpful, we do not guarantee that scores, fixtures, kick-off times, tables, reports, transfer information or other material will always be accurate, complete, current or available without interruption.

Check the relevant official competition, club or broadcaster for important or time-sensitive information. Football Live does not promise to provide a live broadcast or real-time score feed unless a specific service is clearly described as doing so.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the original text, design and other material created for Football Live are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may link to our public pages and quote short extracts where permitted by law, provided you do not misrepresent the source and include appropriate attribution where required.

You must obtain permission before reproducing substantial content or using it commercially, except where the law permits such use. Third-party names, images, club crests, competition marks and other materials may belong to their respective owners; their appearance on this website does not mean those rights are transferred to you or to Football Live.

5. External Websites and Services

Our pages may contain links to third-party websites, including official football organisations, publishers and broadcasters. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control or guarantee the content, availability, security, products or practices of third-party sites, and your use of those sites is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Advertising

The website may display advertising or other third-party promotional material if such services are enabled. Advertisers and external providers are responsible for their own products, services, offers and representations. Any commercial relationships should be disclosed where required by law.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, remove or change website content or features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or browser, or that technical errors will always be corrected immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Football Live excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss arising from your reliance on information, temporary website unavailability, technical problems or third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of personal information and cookies is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please read those policies to understand how information may be handled and how cookie choices can be managed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms when the website or applicable requirements change. The current version will appear on this page with its latest update date. Continued use of the website after updated terms are published indicates use subject to the revised terms, to the extent allowed by law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your place of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
